We will check your home, inside and out as many times as requested.
After each inspection we will provide clients with pictures and an email.
We will inspect:
All doors and windows, screens and lighting
Interior water faucets, heating and air conditioning, we will flush toilets, etc.
We will inspsect for any damage or wear and tear to the exterior of the home, including plant and tree damage.
We will provide a checklist with each inspection, and they will be customized to your needs.
Any problems will be reported to the homeowner with photgraphs.
In addition, we can meet with carpenters, plumbers, etc. to monitor.
